How to make your own QR code

QR codes have become a popular tool in education, with many teachers looking for new ways to integrate them into their classrooms. Our grade 3 students have been using Picasa to store their process work (photos, videos, screenshots) and will do an exhibition at the end of the unit to share their final pieces with parents. We used a QR code generator called Qrafter as a way for parents to get more insight into the work that went into creating the final work. Using a mobile device, parents can scan the QR codes and be taken to the Picasa album containing the process work that students did.

This tutorial will show you how to create your own QR code using Qrafter and builds on my previous tutorial on how to use Web Albums to upload photos and videos from your iPad to Picasa
