Path is a simple and private way to share life with close friends and family

There are a lot of photo sharing apps out there and it can be hard to choose the best one for your needs. Path looks like a good choice for those who want to have full control with who you are sharing your photos and videos with. The free app, available on the App Store, helps you "be yourself and enjoy life with good friends and family". Techcrunch has announced that former Foursquare head of operations and current Facebooker, Nathan Folkman, has just left Facebook to join Path. For him to leave Facebook to join this small company, he must be optimistic in the future of this company.

Path for education?

The thing that caught my attention about Path is that you can privately share your photos with close friends and family. As educators, we need to be mindful of privacy when having students share their photos. I think that any app designed to keep sharing private is a good thing for being useful in education.
